Hi there, Any input on this would be helpful. I am a woman currently in law enforcement and have been for about 4 years. I'm on the list for Encon and scored quite well. I'm worried about my past drug use as I indulged in a lot of things as a kid. My BI from my current job was lenient with me and gave me a chance. I have a good work history, am educated, and do the job well. What are the DQ's for Encon? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks-jay
