I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS FROM THE PA STATE POLICE WHEN EVER I ASKED ABOUT MY DRUG HISTORY. THIS IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME..
As far as the drug usage, this is taken straight from our general
information booklet:
DRUG ADMISSIONS:
Zero usage of Schedule 1 drugs, excluding marihuana, and
nonprescribed
Schedule II drugs as listed in the Controlled Substances,
Drug, Device and
Cosmetic Act (Act 64), for a period of three years prior to
filing an
application. (Schedule 1 and Schedule II drugs include, but
are not limited
to cocaine, heroin, LSD, methamphetamine, MDMA {ecstacy},
oxycontin,
gamma hydroxybutyric acid {GHB}).
Zero nonprescribed usage of steroids (Schedule III) for
period of three
years prior to filing an application.
Zero marihuana usage for a period of one year prior to
filing an application.
