how do you update/change your user info

After you've logged in, click "Private Messages" on the bottom of the main page. Then click on "Edit Profile" to make changes to your e-mail address, signature, and other info.

Or just click on the little button at the top of the screen that says "User CP" (Control Panel).

Yeah, that works too. Then click Edit Profile and you're off to the races. Cool!
