FBI polygraph

Does anybody know what happens if you do not pass the polygraph? I have read multiple posts on people who believe they have been wronged by the exam. If this occurs is there an appeal process?

the gentlemen who moderate the board are extremely knowledgeable and helpful about polygraph and the laws surrounding it.
I know from reading the boards that there have been some class action suits, etc.... in response to polygraphs.

Just a wild assed guess but the moderators and site owners probably don't want to encourage/enable people to beat the polygraph so they block that particular site...

Kevboy, if you don't pass you are SOL from what I understand.
