Please read the suggestions below and if you decide to apply then pay attention to the suggestions.
1. when asking for a bubble sheet ask for the "Pre-screening Examination Package" the official name.
2. After you fill it out put it in an 81/2 x 11 envelope. It scans better from not being folded up.
3. If you have already taken the TEA test, please include a copy of your results and go ahead and send in you OF-306 and OF-612 and three referrences. This will save you loads of time.
For those of you that sent in you TEA results and didn't send in a OF-306 and OF-612 you are just sitting in our database waiting for ?????????
