USCS Duty Issue??? [Archive]

I know that the only issued duty weapon for Customs Inspectors and CEO's is the Glock 17. If this is true than why is it that I see pics of inspectors and CEO's carrying a silver weapon with black grips in many recent photos? I can't make the gun out but it is NOT a Glock. Any ideas?

Smith & Wesson 9mm, their previous issue. They changed to Glock 2 or 3 years ago.
