Does anyone know of any web sites that provide good information on rope rescue/training?

I don't have the links at hand but some of the more respected organizations are:

RESCUE 3 International
CMI
RMI

These have always been on the cutting edge of the industry.

BTW: Buying some manuals and equip ARE NOT ENOUGH. I am sure you already know this but professional instruction is the only way to really know what you are doing.
