If I may, I thought it would be good for me to respond to my initial thread, “Disqualified for Growing Marijuana” which may have caused some controversy and was closed.
Please accept my sincere apology if I have offended you. I really did not intend to cause any sort of ruckus.
I really am serious. And I did not think about this as a violation when I filled out all the FBI forms in order to get to the FBI Phase II. But when the DEA actually came out and defined some terms and made me describe my “setting” (question G) and “reason for use” (question H), I began to wonder.
