Just a reminder:
May 18-24, 2003 is National Emergency Medical Services Week. Many agencies are planning dinners, awards, community outreach programs, etc for this week. Many others aren't, for whatever reason.
I urge all of you on the boards to take just a minute and say thank-you to your fellow public safety employees - EMS.
Nobody stays in EMS for the glory. Some may have started that way but it wears off quick. Also no one gets into EMS to get rich. A single act of kindness will go a llooooonnggg way. A simple thank-you or a handshake will make someone's day.
