I got the whole set of Salem, MA patches off of Ebay for 15 bucks. There's five different patches- two sub-dued Swat patches, a bike patrol, a dive team, and the standard issue shoulder patch. Do a search and something should come up on ebay for them.

Do a search for the Salem PD on the web....their web-site has info on getting an "original" patch for $5.00.

The original patch is nice and fully embroidered. Be careful about Salem PD patches on ebay as most are repros.

It's one of the nicest patches ever made!
