Hello from the new guy. I am a paramedic and firefighter. I am Tn and Nationally registered as a paramedic, and KY certified Firefighter. My question where can I find information on reciprocity to FL for both and where can I find job listing in the Brevard County Area? Thanks in advance to all who respond.

You can probably find the info on paramedic reciprocity from the FL Dept of Health.

Here is also a link to the Brevard Co Fire/Rescue page. It would be a good place to start.

Being a certified Kentucky Firefighter myself, I can tell you that IAFF standards will allow you to effectively "transfer" your fire hours/certifications from state to state as long as the state you're moving to is a participant (I think only like 38 states and a couple of territories participate). All you have to do is find out from the state you're moving to if they are. It's been a while since I did this, but if you'll contact the Fire Commission office in Frankfort, they can tell you what the process is called. You then will contact the Fire Commission in Florida, then do some routine paperwork and that should take care of it. Hope this helps.
