I'm wondering how they measure flexibility for the PEB at FLETC. The 95th percentile for a female my age is 24.75. What does that mean? I assume they measure with the sit and reach. Is there some way I can test myself at home to see what level I am at now?

Yes, they use the sit and reach. 15" is where your feet meet the box. To test at home, set a yard stick or ruler on top of a solid box that will support your bare feet. Place it against a wall and put your hands next to each other, with index fingers touching. Act like you're pushing a sliding block on top of the ruler. Don't let your calves rise as you push. A good tip is to exhale while you are stretching. Your local gym should actually have a sit and reach machine that is more accurate. Good luck.
