whats a typical day of pt at the acdamey when your instructor works you out?

running wise? how far , how often?

cals? how many of what?

That depends on the Agency you are asking about.

I know, well from what I have been told that DEA, Border Patrol and USMS are some serious PT academies.

You need to ask about a specific agency I think, and those that have been through that academy will certainly chime in.

There really is no structured PT workout- you're on your own for the most part. Most (almost all) of the structured blocks are spent working on defensive tactics.

i realize my interests are just working for a city as a patrol officer but Guys I think this site needs a page of secret decoding. What the heck does ICE and FLETC stand for. Also what is SO and SA

Any info. on a typical USSS-UD FLETC workout schedule?

Run (distance, locations)
Marching
Mat room exericises
etc...

this is what I have heard about the USSS. They run everywhere, but that may or may not be true. In formation.
