Any advice on how to train-up for the USMS Basic at FLETC?

I run, lift, abs and push-ups about 3-4 days/week.

My runs are like this:

1. Intervals
2. Long slow
3. Tempo
4. Hillwork (15-25 minutes, up and down.....)

I feel I am in decent shape. 65 PUs/min., 45 SUs/min., 10:36 run.

My run has been as low as 9:44.

Any other advice?

If you do a search in this forum, you will find a Push-up program.

As far as PT is concerned, expect a lot of running with some calisthenics thrown in. The academy may have changed some but we ran all the time with some ingenious torture sessions consisting of graduated cals. They will work you up to a 7-9 mile run. Just keep doing what you are doing. If you can place in the good to excellent range in most categories, you can get time-off awards in your district.
