For a while I was really doing a good job working out and getting ready for the BP academy. However, during the third week of July I really pulled the hell out of one of my back muscles. It was difficult getting out of bed for a while. So finally after about 8 weeks the doctor says I'm fine.
While that is good news, my physical shape has gone down hill during that time. I've gone down from a 11:32 1.5 mile run, to 14:30. My pushups and situps went down as well. I'm struggling to get to 25 pushups and I did 16 situps in two minutes. I also have problems with front-hand pull ups and I havn't improved very much with my flexibility (never been able to touch my toes).
My problem with running lies in my breathing. I run pretty strong, but after about 8 minutes I sound like a guy who nearly drowned.
Any idea how I can improve my results quickly? I got my 60 day letter from the BP academy already.
