Just hurt my foot today, and I'm going to have to stay off it for a while. I can't run, bike, do stairs etc and swimming is also out. Anybody have any cardio suggestions, or am I going to be doing a lot of arms-only exercise bike?

Get a boxing speed bag! :)

They make an arms-only exercise "bike". I believe you place it on a table and work it while seated. I think it was originally intended for paraplegics.
