Perhaps i might be wrong, Im getting the idea that there are some agencies who have hired applicants with a terrible history of drug problems. The reason i believe this is because ive heard that some applicants in the D.C. and denver area have gotten hired even though they had had these problems. I read this info in an article once. Anyone have comments.
