Stars

Okay, maybe I'm an idiot :) , but...I can't find what the heck those little stars are under some names. I see that some cadets only have one star, some rookies have two, etc...but why are mine never lit up, but others sometimes are? Does that mean that someone is online or something? Not that this is driving me nuts or anything, but I'm just curious as to these little features that I keep noticing each day.

The stars do not light up. A rookie has silver stars. Each rank has it's own color of stars, or stripes, or bars.:eye:

Hmm...I could swear that some other rookies had gold stars, but maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, thanks for letting me know. My curiosity had me thinking!

The different color on the stars makes some appear brighter than others.
