Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any equipment that can assist in allowing one to carry the same amount of gear on their belts while also taking up less space? I know of the two handcuff holder but that is about it. I hope that there are some suggestions or products out there. Any ideas?

I would be interested in suggestions also. I have too much crap on my belt and sitting in a unit for 8+ hours gets really uncomfortable.

If your organization authorizes, a load bearing vest is always a good way to go. Not only does it give you additional placement for equipment, it also puts things in a more convenient arrangement, and gets some of the weight off of your hips.

A small amount of space saved.
Try the tigerlight, combines the flashlight and OC spray into one.
I know it's a small amount of space but every little bit helps.

I have, starting from the right pocket, cuff keys, sidearm, stinger, area is clear around spine and I want to keep it that way, then cuffs, gerber, oc spray, ammo. hope this helps, also, I don't see what is so great about krispy kremes. I am just as happy with hostess.
You ought to have plenty of room. What's your waste size? You don't carry a baton, portable, cell phone, tape recorder, taser, or full size flashlight.
One option to create some room on the belt might be to lose the stinger and go to a smaller light such as a Strion and put it in your pocket.

Well, getting rid of the Gerber is a start, keep it in your duty bag. Do you really use it that often that you need it on your belt? The cuff key; are you using a folding key guard around it? If so get rid of it too, use a cuff key that clips to your pocket and a back-up on a belt keeper. Speaking of keepers, how many are you using? Can you lose one? Moving a mag pouch from horizontal to vertical may give you an additional inch of free space. On my 36 inch duty belt I managed to fit a SIG 229 in a G&G triple retention holster, two double mag pouches mounted horizontally, a Sabre radio, two open top cuff cases, a baton, a Stinger light, a IR-lense AA Maglite, and five keepers. I can't imagine wanting more gear than that. Like the other guys stated; for me to fit more gear I would have to spend more time at Krispy Kreme!

If you carry two sets of cuffs try carrying the second pair of cuffs in like an ankle safe rig or as it has been suggested to me...loose the second set of cuffs and carry some flexcuffs in your vest's trauma plate pocket or feed them through you belt holes under your duty belt... Personally like having two sets of cuffs...my rig from buckle going right is: ammo mounted horizontally, cuff key, sidearm, ASP,open top cuff case, rubber glove pouch (the only thing near my spine), flashlight (Scorpion size), open top cuff case, OC...I have a 32 inch waist and I still have plenty of room for a radio but it is hard to keep gear out of the spine area.

Wow, that is a full belt. I use the gerber way to much to take it off. I also will not jeopodize my health with lower back trouble by keeping anything on my spine. I will have to add the baton sooner or later and I do wear a radio when it is required. As for my keepers, all but one of the four that i wear fit under stuff so they are not an issue.
My advice would be to utilize the space between your buckle and sidearm. In the front of my belt (strong side) I wear my OC and a double cuff case. This frees up a lot of room in the back (from firearm to my glove pouch above my weak side pock there is no gear). I find this is a lot more comfortable than having gear stacked across my back.
