you gotta be kidding me. Holy crap!
Was that Jim Miculek (sp?) on the video. I understand he holds the current 6 and 6 record. That was amazing.

Way to go Miculek!
That is alot of practice, he is good.
Hey Lupey...is that the JM 625 S&W he's firing? If it is, there's NO barrel rise on recoil. Compensated? DM

To be honest I dont know anything about his pistol. It looks compensated but I'm not sure.
You probably know that S&W markets the JM Model 625 (.45) revolver and in their marketing, state that this is the weapon he uses, etc., etc. Note JM 625 from S&W Performance Center:

Accually, I think he used a 627 Performance center Revolver. It is a 8 shot revolver not 6.
I don't know if it was .38 super or a .357 magnum. I would imagine it was a .38 super.
Well, the record is 6 and 6, not 8 and 8 and S&W marketing "says" the weapon used was the 625. Just wanted to see if that really was the case. DM
In the first part of the clip he does 8 shots on 1 target - then he does 2 shots 4 targets. Then he does the 6 reload 6. 2 different pistols??
Yeah, I just reviewed the first part and it was 8 as No One stated. He's so fast it's scarey! DM

It's sad that watching him shoot a revolver makes me feel inadequate about my MP5 skills. With three of my SWAT buddies we might be able to shoot all four targets faster, with MP5s, each one only shooting two shots into a target. That guy is so fast it doesn't seem human.
Awhile back I read an article about Jim's revolvers and surprisingly he prefers a substantially heavier trigger as opposed to a lighter one. His reasoning behind this was that he could get faster trigger returns/resets with a heavier trigger as it shot the trigger forward faster than one with less spring pressure. Anyone else ever hear of this? At first it sounds counterintuitive but it makes sense if you think about it.
That reload was incredible. It almost sounds like he’s cocking a semi.

Holy Smokes :bang: :flame: :shoot3:
Reminds me of the movie Tombstone, don't know why..."I'll be your huckleberry." :destroy:
That is some bad ass shooting, for sure. And, actually, pretty darn amazing. :D
