I had a good day today so I went out and ordered me up a little something special. Got the 27 factory with night sights.

I've shot this little pistol before and was pretty impressed by it. Its size is great for CCW or Backup carry.

I was wondering if there are any others who have the 27 and what their thoughts are on the pistol.

I've shot the G23, good pistols.
I have my own reservations about glocks, but we won't go there.(just a personal opinion)
I have herd that since they are thick as the G22 and G23, it is still hard to conceal them. Some poeple sware by thier G27 for back up and off duty especially if they carry the G22 or G23 as thier main duty weapon.
Good gun.

As Jose points out, it is hard to beat the G22 and G27 combo.

I carry the G22 and G27 on duty. Not my number one favorite ever but darn close. Great guns with absolutely no problems period. Love them both. Congrats on your new purchase. :)

I love my G27. I carry it as my backup and off duty weapon. I carry the G22 as my duty weapon. The fact that the G22 magazines can be used in the G27 is a BIG plus in my view.

I've had my G27 for years. I added some Hogue slip on grips, the Pierce plus one mag adapters and gave myself a nice present with the Lasermax internal laser. Try as I might, I can't find anything I'd want to replace this package.

Also, I'm nuts for the Blade-tech IWB holsters. DM

I also use the Hogue slip on grips on both my 22 and my 27. I carry the 27 in a Desantis IWB that has a spot for a spare mag on the front of it. I'd love to mount lasers on both, but my department policy won't allow us to do it.

Great gun I think you'll love it. The only thing that made me retire mine was the g-36, slim .45 compact. Your 27 should serve you well.

I also picked up a Galco Summer Comfort IWB for it. I think I'll take a PT break on Wed. and hit the range instead. :D
