USIS Not Hiring Now?

I checked the USIS website today, and noticed that no Background or Contract Investigator positions were listed in any location. This is pretty unusual, as it always seemed before that they were hiring Investigators in various locations. Anyone know what is going on, i.e. are they going through some type of change, etc.? Thanks for any info.

Let's not forget that DIS & DSS mereged under OPM. USIS were started by former OPM investigators when they were privatized. Probably do not need to hire any at this point.

They've cancelled all training for new investigators at least through June. Even the ones who had been hired, adjudicated and scheduled for training. Pretty much a raw deal for those who had been counting on starting. Hopefully they will get things together sometime in the near future.
