Please give me your opinions.
A month ago I was suspended from the application process by a large agency for one of their Commanders "pet peeves"(I was told from someone on the inside).
I had met or exceeded the Personnel Depts. hiring standards, but the Commander in charge of Backgrounds didn't like an admitted negative item I listed in my background package. Therefore, I was suspended from the process. (Sounds more like a DQ to me)
Since then I applied at a smaller dept. and made it to the prelim. background, at which point I was DQ'd. It now seems quite clear to me that every dept. will now DQ me due to being suspended by the large dept. It seems they don't want to spend the money to investigate the situation and so they just dump me.
Should I wait out the suspension from the large dept. before applying anywhere else? I am afraid that too many DQ's will negatively affect my chances of getting hired.
