I know from the web site that the vision requirements are 20/40. I have 20/60 and have glasses for 20/20. My question is how strict are they with the requirements for the vision? Would they let my eyesight slide or not?

Any help or insight would be great.

Im sorry to tell you, but they are very strict with this vision requirement. I personally saw them let a couple of guys go during the PAT because of this. What your going to have to do is, get contact lenses. You have to wear them for a minimum of one year in order to meet the vision requirement. Good Luck, Robert
