MY GOD--THE JOB SOUNDS HORRIBLE. $18,000 TO START. 11 DAYS OF VACATION PER YEAR. EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTES 6.25% OF HIS /HER PAY TO THE PENSION. THATS ENOUGH BAD INFO FOR ME.

WHO CAN LIVE ON THAT PAY AND WITH 11 DAYS OFF PER YEAR.

Sounds like a cool job, too bad I could get a better salary at McDonalds.

The salary for an LCE is $30,712 after training. The salary DURING TRAINING is $18,652. Still not great, but a hell of a lot better than $18,000.

How long is training? The length of time you have to live on 8.65 an hour.:(

Its a very good job. If your looking to work undercover and drink for free, then get to check ids for underage drinkers etc..

I belive they attend the academy for 15-20 weeks at the PSP academy in Hershey or at one of the regional academies (usually the Greensburg academy near Pittsburgh)
