not to hear from a dept. after a polygragh test or is it bad? I took my polygragh about a week ago and the BI said he would get in touch with me after he talked to the poly guy. He hasn't called yet. Maybe I am a little anxious but I am dying to know what is going on. "Hurry up and wait" I guess.

SP, I know of 2 other people that whent up around the same time as you did, and as of yesterday, they to have not heard anything about how they did on the poly. Both said they lied about absolutely nothing, so they are pretty sure they did ok. So I guess I wouldn't stress it to much. I will let ya know when the people I talked to find out how they did. P.S. What were some questons they asked you. (if you don't mind disclosing)?;)

sp20 have they asked at this point where you would prefer to what troop you would like?? I wonder if they wait for you to go thru the whole acdamey and tell you that you are assigned to a troop 500 miles from home. Also have they mentioned defferment ??
Thanks

Dan, you will go t troop F. Many officers I have talked with said they will put you at a troop loacated in your home area. 1. Because they know you know the area well since you live there, if they put you somewhere your not to familar with, then they will have to waist more time getting you familiar with certain areas and the overall location, where as I'm sure you know certain hot spots, shortcuts...etc are in your neck of the woods. 2. they know your not going to just pick-up, and relocate just like that. so they try to accomodate as much as they can. If for some reason there is no room in a particular troop, then yes you can difer. But from what I've heard, this is not the case with Troop F. By the way I wish this proccess would speed up already!!!:D

Don't quote me on this but I think you can difer up to a year. I know you can difer, just how long you can do it for I'm really not sure. I have heard it is a year, and anything after that, you have to wait to the next exam. Hope this helps!:p
