Favorite Season?

I wanted to see if I was the only weirdo out there who has the seasons in this order of preference: Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer. That's right, Summer is my least favorite, which actually makes me lucky because even though I hate the heat (anything above 72) and couldn't care less about the long days, I do love to play golf and a number of other outdoor activities. Those of you that hate Winter are screwed. I've found, however, that those of you that hate Winter and especially snow have gotten quite good at complaining about it.

Fall is the best because of the nice cool weather and football. Winter is a close second because I love to play in the snow. I love driving in it, skiing in it, snowmobiling in it, and blowing it out of my driveway, ect. Strange, but true. I think I was dropped on my head as a child. :eek:

Spring, summer, fall, winter in that order. I hate winter and snow. That's why I live in Florida.

Vacation is my favorite season....regardless of what time of year :p

Seriously though, I'd have to say Fall, Spring, Winter, Summer. I guees I'm not one for extremes.

Fall, spring, summer, winter. I am a mountain bike officer and it sucks to ride in the extreme heat or cold!

For my off time I'd have to go Fall, Spring, Winter, Summer. I like the cool seasons. Summer in Illinios is too humid and hot but don't get me wrong after so many months of winter I'm ready for some heat. :cool:

For work I would go Summer, Fall, Spring, Winter. I love sitting in dispatch and it's summer crazy. :bounce: Call after call with no let up. Winter is last because a midnight winter shift is like hell...It is the definition of boring.... :o

It all depends on where you live. I'm down in the plains now so I would have to say Fall, Spring, Summer, Winter. Hunting season is actually the best season of the year for me which is late fall early winter. I also like skiing in the Winter. When I lived up in the mountains the winters were brutal and the summers were awesome. Summer days averaged about 75 degrees. We averaged 360 inches of snow a year where I used to work which got old. If I could find a place that never got below 30 or above 75 I would be pretty happy with a couple of ski trips a year thrown in the mix.

seasons aah yes I almost forgot what they were. living in Florida its all the same but when I lived in N.Y. it was fall then winter (loved the holiday season up there. doesnt seem as festive down here) then summer then spring.

Well, in the Seattle area there are only two seasons:

1. Summer, which can last the usual three months or be as short as two weeks.

2. The Rainy Season, which the rest of the world calls Fall/Winter/Spring.

I don't think you're the only one..I love the winter months a lot but I also enjoy summer. I guess I like one extreme or the other when it comes to temperature/weather. In CA winters only get down to around 45-50 degrees at the very minimum usually so it's a nice change to cool off a bit. I enjoy summers for nostalgic reasons I guess.. plus there's always something happening down here around that time. My least favorite is the Spring season around April it gets rainy in CA and Californians are notoriously wimpy when it comes to rain. :)

Summer would be my favorite season because I love to boat, swim, fight sharks etc...:D Outside of that Id have to say Spring is my next favorite then Fall and winter.

We'll I would have to put it like this, Fall, spring, Summer, WInter. Fall is by far the most beautiful season. You get the nice somewhat warm days, and the cool brezzy nights, in the spring the foliage starts to come in, and flowers begin to blossom, Summer it's time for the beach, vacation, but I could live without the high humidity, and heat! And winter is just a pain in the ass!!! Although it is cool to get a snowstorm once in awhile, but when it snows in my neck of the woods, in snows in feet, not inches!:mad:

I would have to say Fall, Winter, Summer, and Spring. I have favorite activities I can do in all seasons. I especially like the fall because of Buckey football season and that also means it's getting time to go skiing. I am also a big fan of winter. I love the whole holiday season. My favorite is putting up the X-Mas tree!

Definitely fall: football, foliage, fifty degree temps, oh yeah, and my birthday. I like summer nights or the days if I am in air conditioning, spring and winter I enjoy about the same.

My favorite season is - HUNTING SEASON!
Elk season, deer season, moose season etc, etc..........

I like the fall myself, then summer, winter and spring. Fall is nice, not too hot, not too cold. Winter is nice too. Nothing like curling up on the couch with some hot coco, a good movie, my woman, and the snow piling up outside.

Spring is too messy for me. Everything thawing, rainy, it sucks.
Summer is nice, because I like the long the days. It's nice when you work midnights and can wake up at 5pm and it is still light out.
