Do all your PSAP's have a set of Standard Operating Procedures? I've talked with many a dispatcher who say that their agency does not work with a set of written guidelines, and that they just wing it. We have a large manual of policies and procedures. Not only personell policies for us in the dispatch center, but for all activities for the police departments and fire departments. Among other things......
