Freeze +P

What is the difference with Freeze +P than with other OC sprays? Is it more % of pepper? I think it has a combination of OC & CS, but not sure. This is what I will be carrying, so I should probably know a little about it. Any help would be nice. Thanks.

Has anyone ever used it on someone, or has been sprayed by it. If so...any difference? Better, worse, same?

I have carried Freeze +P for the past 2 years. I have only used it once and it worked quite well for me. I have never used any other type of pepper spray so I can't give you a comparison.
