Awhile ago I posted looking for a small holster to accomodate an Insight M3X light for a duty belt and received some good feedback and it made me rethink that and just try and get a tac holster that will hold the light. Now, I've contacted Safariland and they do not make a holster that will hold the Glock 19 with this particular light. Does anybody have any other suggestions for another tac holster? I'm really only interested in the hard plastic kind, not any of the other cloth type material. Thanks in advance.

Looks like the Safariland 8312 will work great for you. It's long enough to hold the GLOCK 17, but will hold the GLOCK 19 just fine (since the guns are exactly the same, except the 17 has a little bit more length in the muzzle, where the holster doesn't do any rentention). This holster is listed for the M3X light, as you specified. Not sure if I made sense about the gun lengths, but the rule of thumb is that you can always use a GLOCK 19 in a GLOCK 17 holster (not the other way around though) and a GLOCK 30 in a GLOCK 21 holster. Hope this helps...looks like Safariland is the way to go for you.

Check out Don Hume. They make a paddle holster for the Glock 19 M3X combo.

I have a safariland thigh holster that fits my G19 with the M3 light. I believe it's made for that model. I can get the model number for you if you need it.

FIST makes an IWB/tuckable (Secret System 2) for the Glock 22 and 23 that accepts the M3 & M6. I've been using mine for a few months now.
