View Full Version : Nylok Holster
I currently have all Bianchi Accumold Duty Gear including the Bianchi Accumold holster. I do not like this holster, and I have always liked the SSIII 070. I am interested in getting the 070 Nylok holster. My question is do any of you have nylon gear with this nylok holster, and if so how does it look? Is it a close match?

I use the nylok 070 III when I wear my nylon gear and use the leather basketweave 070 III the rest of the time. I payed extra to have the nylok holsyer so I would always be drawing from the same holster. I would hate to get in a high stress situation and forget how to get my GLOCK out because I'm wearing a diffrent brand or kind of holster. In a stressful setting your motor reflexes do what they have been trained to do.
There is no noticable differance in the two except the weight (the nylok is lighter) but as far as durability, comfort and draw pattern it is exactly the same. As far as looks go it fits in well on my nylon duty belt. My duty and under belt, keepers, and double glove keeper are all Uncle Mike. My bouble mag pouch is Bianchi. My 070 III holster and double cuff case are Safariland. I also have a plain leather radio holder (could not find one in the style I wanted in nylon) and a plain leather open top Safariland single cuff case. Oh yeah, I also have the ASP holder made by ASP to go with nylon gear. I think It all goes together without any problem. This is coming from a guy who spent $250 on all that nylon gear and another $300 on basketweave gear because what my dept. issued did not match (some high gloss some b-weave and some nylon). My wife says I'm anal about my uni's and gear but both my belts get cleaned every month. Trust me it'll look great. All you have to do with any gear is take care of it. If you want a great level 3 holster then you have found it. Stay Safe.
