First off let me start out by saying that all this still feels like a dream, and I really wish it was!! I'm only 35 miles away from this tradgedy, and I'm just stunned that this happend so close!! Ya know you see it on 60 minutes, dateline...etc and you think this could never happen here, we'll now the unthinkable has happend!! It's just so hard to comprehend all that has happend. Not being able to go to the WTC again, or not seeing it on the skyline, it's just unbelievable!!
However I must express that It just fills my heart with the joy, to see this whole City, and and the whole country for that matter come together, during this horrid time. When I see all the flags on cars, outside of homes, in store windows..etc It is just so Awesome to see how everybody just pulls together, and that is what is so great about are nation!!
I have also never in my life been so proud to be an American. I have never been more inspired, when the chants of U.S.A. broke out when George Bush was @ ground zero. And one thing I know for sure is that nowhere on this planet will you ever, ever come across a greater bunch of heroes, than the one's who lost their lives' trying to save others, and especially all the men of women of the NYPD, NYFD,and everybody else who has been playing their part, you are all an inspiration, and will always be remebered as the greatest heroes this world has ever seen!! God bless all off you,and may all of the one's who lost their life in this tradgedy, may you forever Rest In Peace
