Just thought I would share the good news that everyone passed simulations today.
The bad news is we lost one Friday due to other circumstances...
We are now down to 37... :(
But everyone did pass today, I believe they are out celebrating right now. I am not with them because I am too tired and feeling a little under the weather, but they deserve the celebration... We all do!

Just curious but what kind of Sims are you referring to?

They are job performance simulations where you are put into a situation with role-players and evaluators and you have to do everything a police officer would to to get control, keep control, and conclude the situation.
The types are the most common policing situations EG: Use of force, Domestic violence, Robbery, Traffic stops, felony stops... etc.
The problem is that some people are great test takers when it comes to the Learning Domains (LDs - written tests on class subject knowledge), some are great at PT tests (physical shape), some are great at DT tests (Defensive Tactics), and some are great on Simulations (Sims - job performance tests). The flip side is that sometimes people have weak spots on one type of test and not others. I have been one of the very lucky few that has not had to remediate any test at all. I will tell you though I have had my moments of raw doubt and anxiety that I would and could have failed... In the grand scheme of things it is all just one big test.
BTW there are tests that I have left out for brevity but the point is the same. :)

Glad to hear that you and your fellow classmates passed. Hope you get to feeling better soon. Keep us posted. I (and I am sure that many others) look forward to your updates.

Congrats on passing another of the many tests. The moments of self-doubt are normal, I think most if not all will have those. Sounds like you're doing great. Hang in there !
