View Full Version : H&K P2000 Holsters
I am currently in the hunt for an on duty holster for my service issued H&K p2000. The one that was issued is royal POS! It digs in to your hip pretty darn bad.
Does anyone know of any comfortable high-rise holsters for this weapon?
I'm looking at the Aker Blue Line Drop Loop holster but would like to get other ideas and suggestions.
Thanks.

Doesn't CBP have a list of approved holsters for off-duty carry?

For duty holsters for the H&K I have had good luck with Safariland and Gould & Goodrich. Also, most any holster made for the USP Compact will fit the P2000, some manufacturers don't distinguish between the pistols in their holster lines. Has your station gone to the nylon gear? Safariland makes some matte finish Safari laminate holsters that will not look out of place on nylon duty belts. What ever you get, at least get double retention (triple preferred).
Good luck and stay safe

Which holster were you issued for on duty?
I would wait until you see what, if any, holster is issued with the new uniforms and nylon web gear. Talk to your firearms guy. Maybe you'll keep the same holster. Supposed to get my new unis and web gear March 20th.
I have the burrito AKA Italian Tomahawk. My firearms guy told me June this year for transition to P2000. Try carrying that 36 oz (no mag) monster. Your P2000 weighs 24 oz.....
Real World Translation: We won't see the above for at least 3 years......

The issue is a safariland. For off-duty I got a Milt Sparks VMII for the P2000. Great is all I can say.
