any recommendations? :)

I'd prefer the "Oakley" style frames over the regular eyeglasses type frame...

I just got a new pair of ESS ICE 2.4 glasses with Rx inserts. So far, I am very pleased and I have a difficult Rx to fill. Price was quite reasonable too. :shades:

In that you prefer Oakley frames, you may wish to check with Oakley (they do prescripton glasses.)

Go direct to Oakley's LE/Military sales. They sell the Fives 2.0 frame very inexpensively, and clear prescription lenses aren't much more. I got a set in clear anti-reflective and a set in the rose tint...they cost very little and are fantastic for the application.

Do you have the LE pricing contact? If not, PM me.

I just received a pair of polarized SI Fives 2.0 from Oakley's LE/Military sales a.k.a. U.S. Standard Issue. Their price for a good pair of polarized sunglasses is hard to beat. The tint is a little lighter than my usual Costa Del Mar's however the frames are much lighter in weight. I bought them primarily to use at the range and to leave in the G-ride as a back-up. FYI, shipping took about three weeks.
