I was watching an episode of cops involving Lakewood, WA PD (actually Pierce County SO) and I really like the duty suspenders they were wearing. I have seen them in other episodes. Unlike most suspenders, which cross in the back like an "X", these suspenders meet in a small cross piece that hits right between the shoulder blades. Is anybody familiar with who makes these particular suspenders?
Thanks,
Gonzo

I can ask next time I'm down there. There's also a couple of major cop shops in Pierce County which might have a clue. One is Blumenthals Uniforms in Tacoma. The other is Tactical Tailor (not sure if it's in Olympia or Tacoma - it's right off of I-5). They might now.

I thought you didn't wear pants? Why on earth do you need suspenders?

Got my answer from another source. They are from a small company in Centralia, WA called Orca. They can be ordered online from the company website or from Police Quartermaster. They are actually called the Orca Custom Nylon Tactical Suspender Harness.
