Bin Laden offers reward for US soldiers, rifles
Reports say Osama bin Laden is offering $50,000 to anyone who catches a US soldier alive.


An al-Qaeda spokesman also says bin Laden is offering $3,000 for US uniforms and $1,500 for assault rifles.

The spokesman told Pakistani newspaper the News that bin Laden will give "good news" to Muslims in the near future.

In a statement, bin Laden renewed his threats against those engaged in what he described as a war against Islam.

"Neither their air travel will be safe, nor will they find peace on earth, unless these infidels leave the holy land of Muslims", the statement said.

3,000 for a uniform, 1,500 for a rifle? Hmm.... I wonder what I can get if I stick a 155mm arty shell up his ass?

Chirst....I have about 10 sets of cammies from when I got out of the Marine Corps in 1987.

That's like 15k....plus I'll throw in my Dress Blues for an extra 5k....(they are USMC Dress Blues)

Ooops....MY USMC Math was off....That is 30k for the 10 sets of cammies....But I guess I have to bump up the Blues to 7k....

We didn't need to do math at Parris island......We would just get one of the disprportionately high number of admin pogues which come out of San Diego to count for us.
