Another boot question

Hopefully a simple request, but I know my trials haven't been fruitful. I need to wear boots to work with regular khakis/pants. So far, the ones I've found make cuff of the pants super tight - anybody have any good leads for a decent boot that's dressy enough and doesn't make the cuff tight? Thanks.

I work at a nightclub where we are required to wear "dress shoes" for the past 2 years I've been wearing my Danner Strikers. Just make sure to polish 'em and they look great. I usualy wear suit pants, but have worn kakis when working at another bar that we own. Works both ways.
