Fort Pickett officer dies in one-car crash

A Fort Pickett police officer was killed while driving to work on Tuesday. Police say 42-year-old Randolph Hill was not wearing a set belt when he lost control of his pickup truck and crashed.
Hill wrecked his truck on South Broad Street in Lunenburg. He had been a Fort Pickett police officer for six years.
