Do they make a case that holds one pair of chain and a pair of hinged? I would like to carry a pair of each. Thanks

I think that as long as you don't get an oversized pair of cuffs you can get a double cuff case that fits both chained and hinged together.

I also carry a pair of hinged, and a pair of cain cuffs on my duty rig. I use the Bianchi AccuMold. Both of my Peerless cuffs fit nicely.

Galls have a good selection of cuff cases. If you use nylon gear you'll get a pair of each into a double pouch but if you're with leather it'll most certainly be a real tight fit to get the hinged in until the pouch is well used and a bit more supple.
Anyway, would recommend you don't mix chain and hinged in the same pouch. If you're short of space on your belt, think about carrying the hinged on a strap - takes up very little space.

Ranger is the case you carry leather or nylon? I want to go with safirland for my leathers and i would like for it all to match. This is a ? that not to many people know, the sales reps can't even help. Thanks

Z,
if its nylon go with Accumold, I'm fixing to order a whole set of duty gear, minus the SSIII 070 holster to go on it, they have great prices, and they have cuff cases for chained, and hinged cuffs, plus double cuff cases.
