I personally have never done any drugs nor would I ever think of using, but my housemate smokes marijuana 2-4 times a week in our house (had I know this I wouldn't have moved in). I've never been around the smoke but I have smelled the odor very strongly even with my door closed. Is there any possibility it would be detcted in me if I took a drug test?

Absolutely not, the levels that a department is looking for are much higher than that. I'm sure with the technology out there that they could tell if you had beena round smokers of marijuana but it would the cost would be tremendous.

If you are serious about applying for a job I would ask this roomate to leave or leave yourself, it could be questioned and probably will, that you are living with someone that smokes marijuana and have done nothing about it.

Again no need to worry about the THC showing up in a drug screen.
