I was wondering i anyone knows how detailed the background investigation is for parole or probation officer? I was fired from a few jobs when I was younger for stupid reasons and was wondering if they can check every job you've eve had and if so if they usually go through with that Thank you.

As with any agency the background check can go from very extensive to minimal. I would imagine a lot would depend on what agency you're going to work for. If you're going to be armed I would imagine the BI would be more intense. Not always but a good rule of thumb.

Most probation departments have the same BI's do the checks that are used to hire for S/O deputies.

Parole is a state agency so they use state BI's that can be good and bad.
