I remember this summer I was a newly hired reserve at Port Washington Fish Day. Which is known as the biggest drunk day of the year in Ozaukee County. So the night is just about over at the festival and we all me at the north end of the grounds and we see a fight break out. After sorting through the crap, we find out that the fight started because the suspect decided to piss on people around him in the beer tent. So after OC spraying him after his resisting spiel, we were walking him to the squad, and his damn pants dropped all the way down to his ankles... Picture this- a piss drunk guy with snot all over with his pants around his ankles in tighty whites. Man 'o man those damn drunks......
