Just got through subscribing to this pretty cool board.

I've been building my reportaire (?SP) of LE Links when I came across this one.

I have read alot of very informative stuff!! I will be retiring from the Navy in about 1 year and am looking forward to joining the police force. Starting the hiring process very soon!!
