Well finally I have recieved a job offer, I cannot believe it. I have been trying for close to three yrs now. I have been refused by two depts and I still kept on trying. I am a very determined person, I told myself I will not stop intell I get a offer and look I finally did. Last tuesday I was at work and got a call from the Oakland Police Dept and an Officer told me they are offering me a conditional job offer. I have my medical on monday and another pysc test, from what I have heard its the same as the one I have taken a while back. I have been told that the academy starts Dec 10 I am very excited. I hope everything goes good from here. I am just very happy to finally get an offer. I just want to say thanks to all the people who have replied to my posts to help me out through the process, it really does help. Thanks
