View Full Version : Gun Purchase?
I just Purchased a Walther P99 9mm for my first gun. Tell me what do you think good investment or waste of 650? Thanks
I really do think it's a bit late to be asking the question!

I don't have any walthers, but they say they are nice guns, however, I gave that for my full size H&K USP .40 with trijicon night sights.

Bat,
I agree with both kojack, and lawdawg. Sounds to me like your having the dreaded buyers remorse. Who knows. I dont know much about the Walther P99. There are a lot of good choices out there. My choice was the HK USP .45 and have put thousands of rounds through it. No Compromise!!!!

No experience with the Walthers either. My personal preference is the 1911. Springfield Armory Compact in good ole .45

The P99 is a good gun and it wasn't a waste of money, now go get some formal training to really learn the capabilities that it has to offer. If you decide that you want something else you can always sell it and the nice thing about firearms is that quality products will keep their value pretty well.
Watch those hands you all,
James
Thanks for the Feedback, I love the gun pretty sweet and the features make it even better.
