I recently tranferred from an adult supervision caseload to working in a juvenile detetion facility. I am required to take a training course called "Handle With Care" , it is a restraint technique that should not hurt the juvenile it is performed on but it supposedly works great. I was just wondering if anyone had used this technique and if so how effective was it?
