Co related paper help??

Maybe some of you current Correction Officers or future ones can shed some light.

I have to come up with some ideas for a kick ass paper, about 30 pages.

I know someone is choosing another form of corrections under the probation topic.
Anyways some helpful ideas, if anyone has any would be great!

1. Gangs in correctional institutions
2. Female inmates
3. Drugs and the correctional system
4. The effects of incarceration on the families of offenders
5. Sex offenders
6. Alternative sentencing (boot camps, treatmenat programs, etc.)
7. The effects of "No frills" prisons (Supermax types)
8. Issues relating to the staff of the institution
