Busiest Maryland Police Depts?

Who out there knows which of the City police departments in Maryland are the busiest in terms of amount of crime and calls for service. I need this for research. Exclude the County PD's and of course Baltimore. Places like Takoma Park or Laurel for example. Thanks a bunch.

When you exclude the County PD's and Baltimore, there is not much left. Just off hand, I would say the leading contenders would probably be Rockville and/or College Park.
