Curious if anyone else on the forum has attended the IRTB instructor class at New Mexico Tech. I found it to be a great class, alot of fun, most of all very informative. It was geared toward allowing graduates to teach the awarness level course to other first responders. My agency sent me mostly because it was paid for under DHS. However, I've been sadly getting shot down on my offers to teach the course! Been very disapointed since returning, for one, I love to teach, and secondly this information is the kind we can't get enough of.
Was curious if any other attendees or anyone having a similar dilema could offer suggestions on how to sell the need to teach the material.
